While the mechanical arm - it's a toy for children. According to the authors, revised it can be used to conduct underwater work, and even neutralizing mines. Another exhibit, presented at the festival, at first glance looked like an unusual baby machine with 12 wheels. In fact, it was a prototype "trubolaza." In the future, such a robot can be used even for the repair of water supply, without interrupting the water supply.

"At this stage, the robot solves one problem - fault detection and transfer its coordinates within the pipe, and it provides a picture and a photograph of the dispatcher," - said the representative of the Siberian open community robotics "League of Robots" Nicholas Park.

In addition to demonstrations of new products, the festival's program includes 19 types of competitions on robotics. In "RoboFeste-2013" was attended by more than 2,000 students. In addition to teams from Russia arrived here fans from the U.S., Mexico, Romania, and Serbia. The winners will display their projects at the prestigious robotics competitions in the United States and Malaysia.
