This is a Web Service that is based on management through a Web page, you can write the address of the website you want to visit and through speech synthesis allows a blind person to read without having any specified software installed on the computer.
The homepage of Service and the initial voice synthesis are in English. After language depend on the pages we visit. It has multiple voice synthesis in many different languages, among which is the Spanish. The license of WebAnywhere is free software and open to the public.
Requirements: You need to have internet connection and we recommend using the Mozilla Firefox Web Browser.
Accessibility:
The quality of speech synthesis is poor and very poor, although response times are fast.
Can be useful if the computer is only used to check web pages, for example in a public library, where there is no common accessibility tools. In this case requires some skill by the user to reach the Web Service or have a person with partial sight to load the initial Web Project.
Requires learning a few commands different from the usual that we would use in the usual equipment.
